Koemseang Phoeurn

Hello! I'm Koemseang, a passionate web developer

I'm currently in second years studying Information Technology at PNC (Passerelles Numériques Cambodia). My journey in tech started with curiosity and has grown into a passion for creating digital solutions that make a difference.

Beyond coding, I actively participate in workshops, tech events, and volunteer activities that help me grow both as a developer and as a person. I believe in the power of technology to create positive change in communities.

I specialize in building clean, responsive, and user-friendly websites with a focus on performance and accessibility. I'm always exploring new technologies and improving my skills through real-world projects.

And social features—to dedicated offline players such as Poweramp, Musicolet,and Pulsar, which excel at local file playback with advanced equalizers, tag editing, gapless playback, and lightweight.
